After placing your order send us an email to info@jaxyouthexposure.org with 3 high-resolution photos, colors, school mascot, etc., that you want on the step and repeat banner. A member of our team will send you an email to schedule a call to discuss your order. Your images must be high resolution to prevent pixelation. Your images need to be at 350 dpi or higher.

• Depending on the resolution and pixel base, images in formats such as PDF, PSD, JPG, and TIFF may become blurry when enlarged and are therefore not ideal for large prints. If your artwork is in one of these formats, please make sure that the file(s) you upload meet these requirements: (Logo design not included)

• Once we receive your artwork, we will send you a proof within 24 hours, please keep an eye out on your email to approve your final proof. After you approve the proof you will receive an email in 72 hours with pick-up instructions. 

• Your order includes one revision per order, if you require additional revisions you will be required to purchase additional design revisions at $35. This purchase will give you up to 10 revisions. 

• By placing an order with us you agree and understand we are not responsible for pixelated prints. Your images need to be at 350 dpi or higher. 

If you upload small images and we print them you will not receive a refund based on any imperfections, pixelation etc. Your images need to be professional high resolution images that are 350 dpi or higher.
